"I'd like to acknowledge the professional service I received from Gonzalo today. He arrived as scheduled, (actually a little early) and provided an honest evaluation of my situation. Spoiler alert- I didn't buy any services (yet).
He provided alot of good information about my circumstances, identifying my problems were most likely moles vs gophers. And since there wasn't evidence of activity for over a month, it didn't make sense to use his services now. But if/when they return I plan on calling these guys back!"
"I have a severe gopher problem, they come in from 2 directions: adjacent open space and a messy neighbor. This year has been really bad, but John and his crew have been wonderful: they treat, the varmints return, and they treat again. John even "gets dirty" himself, I can't say for sure, but I think he despises these pests as much as I do. I am impressed with their work, integrity and friendly attitude, and highly recommend them if you need gopher help."
