"Mole Busters came out to give me an estimate of their services. I thought I had a mole, vole, or a gopher in my yard digging up a tunnel under my fence. I keep filling up the hole, and some kind of critter keeps digging up a hole. The service rep Raphael was very professional. He analyzed the situation and informed me that I definitely had a ground squirrel problem. He said he wanted to be honest with me and did not think it was fair to charge for their services because I did not have a mole, vole, or gopher problem. He did give me advice on what might work on ground squirrels. It was very refreshing to have honesty from a company. I really appreciated the honesty and being on time. They come out every month and inspect, and promptly deal with any reappearance. If I notice any mole activity in between monthly inspections, I just send Mole Busters a text and they are there the next day. Highly recommend the monthly monitoring for anyone in an area with an on-going mole problem."
